It is my vision as a personal trainer to educate, empower and inspire women to prioritise their health and fitness.

Nearly 40% of women aged 16 and over are not active enough to get the full health benefits of physical activity (sportengland.org). Let’s think about what that statistic looks like for women who are parents with full time jobs and all the other life juggles going on. I want to help women prioritise their personal health and fitness in order for them to become the best versions of themselves in all aspects of life

THE MISSION

It is my mission to expertly guide women on their journey’s to become the fittest, healthiest versions of themselves through a framework for change which is sustainable and flexible.

Making a change can feel hard, overwhelming and uncomfortable; we often have to face into some hard realities of our current lifestyles and habits. I’m here to show you that change can be simple. Whilst it will never be “easy”, I will show you how to build small simple habits into your day, to bring about positive change to your life.

MY APPROACH

Exercise was my saviour whilst trying to navigate parenting two young kids, managing a full time job, sustaining my relationships and all the other “logistics of life” and the admin that goes with it. I know first hand how hard it is to juggle everything, and the mental load that comes with it. My experiences are what form a key part of my approach as a personal trainer - I understand how hard managing life and trying to prioritise everything is.

Through building strong, deep and meaningful connections with those I work with, I will share with you my simple steps and experiences to help you bring a positive change to your health, fitness and well being. I’ll coach you how to be consistent with your habits, which will allow you to reach long term sustainable change.

Yes a personal trainer needs to provide excellent exercise programming and nutritional advice (which I am fully qualified to do so) but to me being a personal trainer is so much more than that. It’s about truly understanding others, their needs and their lifestyles and providing a personalised framework for change that is simple and enjoyable.

When it comes to change, mindset matters and a programme with me focuses on exactly that. We will focus on the mindset and behavioural changes required to drive and sustain change. A focus on this will allow you to become the best version of yourself in all aspects of life - not just when it comes to exercise.

Do not be fooled - it won’t be “easy” - a programme with me requires commitment, dedication and self awareness. But with my qualified advice, education and guidance I will be there for you every step of the way.
