  • CONSULTATION

    We’ll have a 45 minute consultation where we will review your current lifestyle. This will include discussing your medical status and history, exercise experience, diet and nutrition and your specific goals you want to achieve.

  • PERSONALISED EXERCISE PROGRAMME

    After your consultation I will then build you a personalised, bespoke exercise programme. This will be unique to you, based on your access to equipment, time availability and the goals you want to achieve. You’ll receive video guidance for all exercises and I will be available to provide you with form checks and tips when required.

  • NUTRITION COACHING

    To support your exercise programme, I will build you a personalised nutrition programme. I will provide you with calorie and macro specific goals which will support your training, fuel your body and suit your lifestyle. I will provide guidance to help you make better and sustainable nutrition choices, whilst allowing you to learn about your body and your metabolism along the way.

  • BUILD BETTER HABITS

    Based on your current lifestyle and your goals, I will support you with building better habits. This could include helping you establish a workout routine, helping you meal plan and prep better or helping you build better sleeping habits. Building better habits will support your ability to follow the exercise and nutrition programme in the long run.

  • AROUND THE CLOCK SUPPORT

    I aim to respond to all my clients questions and queries within 24 hours - the reality is that it’s quicker than that! You’ll have a weekly check in for you to reflect on your week and identify where you need support. We’ll also have a monthly catch up to review your progress, make adjustments and collect feedback. Outside of this, I am available to my clients whenever they need me - this is what makes online coaching SO GOOD!
